We will examine and measure your orthotics to determine the original prescription. All the original shapes, angles, and density of materials will be accurately replicated on your refurbished orthotics.
We use the same fine materials used by prescription orthotic laboratories. The colors may be different, but the specifications will be the same or better.
Can I request changes from my original prescription?
We unconditionally guarantee the materials and our workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied, simply contact us to request a prepaid postage return label. We will correct your orthotics and return them to you free of charge.
